KMC-U is Kirkpatrick Management Company University! It is a fully staffed department with a customer training program for cooperative and multifamily management. This one-on-one training operates with the understanding that every community and cooperative is unique and operates independently of others like it. KMC-U covers every topic in our extensive KMC-U Policy and Procedure Manual including everything from customer service to maintenance.
