Rob began his career in property management while in high school and continued through college. Rob has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University and Graduate Studies in Business and Liberal Arts from Butler University. Rob took over the family business from his father Robert Kirkpatrick, Sr. in 1991, and currently oversees all aspects of the business from property management, accounting services, business development and maintenance. His background in marketing and sales, combined with his practical management experience, provides the vision that is leads KMC.

Valerie, the Vice-President of Kirkpatrick Management Company, Inc., has been involved with Cooperative housing management for 18 years. She currently operates Kirkpatrick’s Michigan Division office, located in Clinton Township, MI, and leads our specialized training department; Kirkpatrick Management University. Valerie holds several professional designations, including: COS (Certified Compliance Specialist), CFM (Certified Financial Manager), CMM (Certified Manager of Maintenance), RHM (Registered Housing Manager), and RCM (Registered Cooperative Manager). She also holds a Michigan Real Estate Professional License. She has been a MAHC workshop trainer for 15 years covering topics ranging from Fair Housing to Cooperative Documents. Valerie Hall also serves as a Director on the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives Board.

Trish joined her father’s business from the day they opened the doors, and she has transitioned through many roles and serves as the ‘go-to’ person when it comes to operations from all sides of the company. She oversees all accounting reporting in the KMC portfolio as well as the office operations for the KMC headquarters. Trish is actively involved in numerous housing associations including MAHC and NAHC. She has lived on Indianapolis’ northeast side with her husband Andy for nearly 30 years.
